I am an attorney at Caffarelli & Martin Ltd., where I concentrate my practice in employment and sexual abuse litigation and am deeply committed to advancing the rights of workers and survivors. I advocate for individuals who have faced discrimination and harassment based on disability, age, race, gender, sexual orientation, and pregnancy. I regularly handle cases involving hostile work environments, unlawful retaliation, and disparities in hiring, promotion, and compensation.A central focus of my practice is representing women and other individuals who have experienced gender-based discrimination, sexual harassment, or sexual assault in and outside of the workplace, including representing victims of gender or sexual orientation-based hate crimes.I have extensive experience representing clients in a wide range of employment matters, including wage and hour violations, whistleblower retaliation, and claims under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA). In addition to my individual advocacy, I maintain a robust class and collective action practice, with a focus on claims brought under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA), and the Equal Pay Act (EPA). I am dedicated to challenging systemic injustice and securing meaningful outcomes for individuals and groups alike.
