As an attorney, I offer 20+ years of legal counsel and representation to business organizations, regularly negotiating complex disputes involving a wide variety of business issues. In addition to private practice, I served as adjunct faculty with the College of DuPage and worked as General Counsel for a non-profit real estate development organization. Prior to my work as an attorney, I served as a Managerial Accountant for a Fortune 500 company. I obtained my Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law, and hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance from Lincoln University of Missouri.
