About Ken Levinson
I’m a trial lawyer dedicated to helping families who have experienced devastating losses due to truck and auto crashes. As the founding partner of Levinson and Stefani Injury Lawyers in Chicago, I focus my practice on wrongful death and serious injury cases, fighting to hold dangerous companies and drivers accountable. I work nationally with attorneys to help craft case themes, test jury reactions, and build winning strategies. I regularly consult on focus groups, trial preparation, and storytelling for high-stakes injury cases. I’ve co-authored Litigating Major Automobile Injury and Death Cases (AAJ Press/Thomson Reuters), and I’m honored to be a trusted teacher and resource for fellow trial lawyers across the country. My professional leadership includes: Co-Chair, Jury Bias Litigation Group for the American Association for Justice (AAJ) Past Chair, AAJ Trucking Litigation Group Past Chair, AAJ Motor Vehicle Section Member, Board of Managers, Illinois Trial Lawyers Association Board Member, American Association for Justice I’ve been named to the Illinois Super Lawyers list every year since 2010 and selected as one of the Top 100 lawyers in Illinois for six consecutive years (2020–2025) — an honor awarded to less than 0.1% of the nearly 90,000 licensed attorneys in the state. Cases I’ve tried, consulted on, or helped prepare have resulted in over $825 million in jury verdicts. Outside of work, I’m all about family, friends, fitness, and food. I love traveling with my wife, cheering on our three boys (including one playing college volleyball), and connecting over great meals with people I care about.
