The case settled during jury selection as was featured on the front page of the Chicago Law Bulletin, $7,000,000 – settlement for boy struck by a truck that had been stolen from the Chicago area parking lot in Chicago. The case settled the morning that jury selection was set to begin and the settlement was featured in the Chicago Law Bulletin. $1,910,000 – settlement on behalf of construction worker who fell off a ladder. Jeremy filed suit against the Crane Company General Contractor for failure to provide a safe worksite in violation of OSHA and construction industry standards. $1,500,000 - settlement on behalf of a client who was severely injured when a fight broke out at a local concert venue. $1,250,000 – settlement on behalf of construction worker and roofing employee injured on job site. $1,220,000 - settlement on behalf a brother and sister who were injured in a car accident with a construction truck on a country road. $1,122,747 – verdict on behalf of a construction worker who suffered a torn rotator cuff in a car accident. Client treated for 7 months and then was released back to work full duty. The verdict was more than 50 times the insurance company’s last offer on the case. Jeremy has served on the Board of Directors of the John Marshall Law School Alumni Association, and was past president of the ICPG.
