Carl Richard Schiffman, Esq. received his Juris Doctorate degree from the Duquesne University School of Law in 1976 and is the senior partner in the law firm of Schiffman Firm, LLC. His practice focuses on civil litigation, including product liability and personal injury cases.Mr. Schiffman is a Fellow of the Academy of Trial Lawyer of Allegheny County and is a member and past Board of Governors appointee of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice. He has served as President of the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers and as President of the Duquesne Law Alumni Association.Carl R. Schiffman has been selected yearly as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer by his peers since 2005. Since 2007, Attorney Schiffman has continually been named as one of Pittsburgh’s top Fifty Super Lawyers.
