My practice concentrates in complex civil litigation, both locally and throughout the United States. I routinely handle a wide array of products liability, negligence and warranty actions for the transportation industry, automotive manufacturers, industrial equipment manufacturers, public utilities and insurance companies. I handle all aspects of litigation, from pleadings through trial. I have been lead trial counsel in products liability and negligence trials in both State and Federal Court. I serve as national counsel for a major automotive manufacturer for rollover cases and have been lead counsel in rollover cases in various jurisdictions. I have also argued in both State and Federal appellate courts.
