For more than 20 years, I have counselled employers with respect to legal issues involving age, race, disability discrimination, sexual harassment and wrongful discharge. I also provide legal advice regarding wage and hour laws, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination and the New Jersey Conscientious Employee Protection Act. Clients often call on me to deliver tailored management training presentations on a variety of topics, such as absenteeism, documentation and equal employment opportunity issues for managers.
