I am a trial attorney and shareholder in Davis & Kuelthau’s Milwaukee office. I have broad experience handling a variety of complex commercial litigation matters including: - Trusts and estates disputes - Construction disputes - Insurance coverage disputes - Contract claims - Tort claims - UCC disputes - Intellectual property matters (patent and trademark) - Creditor rights matters such as commercial foreclosures and commercial evictions - Labor and employment matters – both private and public sector My ability to handle diverse assortment of matters, across several practice areas, is directly attributable to my vast courtroom and trial experience. Immediately following graduation from law school, I spent over five years as an Assistant District Attorney in the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office where I logged thousands of hours of courtroom experience.
