I’m a business-minded attorney with deep experience in litigation, contract negotiation, and employment counseling. I help companies navigate complex legal challenges with clarity, precision, and strategic foresight, whether that means resolving disputes, structuring deals, or mitigating workplace risk. My litigation background spans commercial, employment, and corporate matters, where I’ve represented clients in federal and state courts and guided them through high-stakes negotiations and settlements. I also draft and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements, including vendor contracts, NDAs, construction contracts, service arrangements, licensing deals, and settlement terms, always with an eye toward enforceability, strategic leverage, and long-term business value. In the employment space, I advise employers on compliance, risk management, and sensitive personnel issues, including terminations, investigations, and policy development. I’m particularly focused on helping businesses align legal strategy with operational goals, protect their reputation, and foster resilient workplace cultures.
