About Saul Glazer
Saul Glazer has been an attorney for more than 30 years. His main area of focus is Construction Law. He is a seasoned litigator, representing clients in mediation, litigation, and arbitration regarding construction disputes. He provides creative solutions for complex problems, and prides himself on his ability to help clients cost-effectively manage difficult situations. Attorney Glazer is the co-chair of Axley’s Construction Law Team. As a construction attorney, he regularly represents owners, contractors, subcontractors, engineers and architects in preparation of construction contracts and integrated project delivery documents (including AIA, EJCDC, DBIA and Consensus documents). He provides counsel for a national engineering firm. He also represents clients regarding bid disputes, change orders, construction and design defects, differing site condition claims, bond claims, delay claims, insurance coverage issues, ATCP 110, and lien law claims. Attorney Glazer is the author of the Wisconsin Chapter of the State-by-State Guide to Construction Contracts and Claims (Aspen 2024). He was a co-author of the Wisconsin chapter of the DRI Construction Litigation Desk Reference, and he authored the chapter for Construction Dispute Resolution for the Inside the Minds series (Aspatore 2010). Attorney Glazer is the past President of the Associate Board for the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of Wisconsin. He is the past Chair for the Construction and Public Contract Law Section for the State Bar of Wisconsin. He is an adjunct professor at the University of Wisconsin School of Engineering for the Legal Aspects of Engineering class. He is an adjunct professor for the University of Wisconsin Law School for the Construction Law class. Attorney Glazer is an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association for Construction Law disputes. Attorney Glazer also serves as a mediator for Construction Law disputes. Attorney Glazer has served in leadership roles for more than 10 years for local Madison Boy Scout Troops and served as the President of Independent Living Board of Directors. He also serves as a Lector at his church, Blessed Sacrament. Admitted to practice in the State Courts of Wisconsin, Federal Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, for the District of Colorado, and for the Southern District of Indiana, and United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
