Gerald Moberg

I graduated from Gonzaga University in Basic Medical Sciences and was headed to Medical School at the University of Oregon when my career took a right turn. I enrolled in law school at Gonzaga in their first day program. I immediately knew that I had found my calling. I graduated from law school with honors and have pursued a career as a trial attorney since 1973. I was fortunate enough to argue a case in the United States Supreme Court just three years into my practice. (U.S. v. Powell) I have had the opportunity to try cases in nearly every county in Washington. I have tried well over 100 trials to verdict. On January 1, 2014 I started Jerry Moberg & Associates, PS, a 5 lawyer litigation firm with offices in Moses Lake, Ephrata and Seattle. I love the law and love litigation. I have the best staff in the world and feel truly blessed to practice as a trial lawyer in Washington.
