John Howell

For over a decade, John Hodges-Howell has represented employers of all sizes across multiple industries in traditional labor and employment litigation. In John’s traditional labor practice, his clients trust him to develop a soup to nuts labor strategy that spans positive management, election proceedings, collective bargaining negotiations, arbitrations, and litigation before the National Labor Relations Board and equivalent state agencies. John is also an experienced employment litigator, defending his clients against employment discrimination charges, wage and hour claims, and in whistleblower proceedings before state and federal agencies. He also is an accomplished appellate advocate with substantial experience making constitutional arguments in federal and state courts, including the Washington State Supreme Court.
