She is an active member of the Washington State Bar Association, the Skagit, Douglas Chelan, and Whatcom County Bar Associations, and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court, Western District of Washington. Heather is also an EAGLE member of the Washington State Association for Justice and has proudly served as the 2018 and 2020 President of the Skagit County Bar Association. Her commitment to community service is further demonstrated through her significant involvement in the creation of Skagit Legal Aid, where she currently serves as co-chair.
