About Kaveh Noorishad
Kaveh Noorishad concentrates his practice in criminal and traffic litigation and practices throughout the Virginia state courts as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Mr. Noorishad has been awarded with several prestigious honors, including membership into the "Top 100 National Trial Attorneys" and the "Top 40 Under 40" - both for his work as a criminal trial attorney in Virginia. Mr. Noorishad has also been listed as one of the "10 Best Attorneys" in Virginia by the American Institute of Criminal Law Attorneys. Mr. Noorishad earned his Bachelor of Arts, with honors, in International Business from the American University in Washington, D.C. in 2001, his Masters in Business Administration, summa cum laude, from the American University in Washington, D.C. in 2003, and his Juris Doctor from the Georgetown University Law Center in 2006. While attending law school, Mr. Noorishad was a member of the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics and published “The Sarbanes-Oxley Act and Its Effect on In-House Legal Counsel”, 18 Geo. J. Ethics 1041(2005). Mr. Noorishad is admitted to practice in Virginia and California and all federal courts in those jurisdictions. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Virginia Bar Association, the Fairfax Bar Association, the Arlington Bar Association, and many other organizations.
