Beau Correll

Beau Correll, CEO of Correll Law Firm®, brings over 16 years of litigation experience, with a primary focus on personal injury law. He is licensed to practice in Virginia, Washington, D.C., the United States Supreme Court, and multiple federal courts. His firm is recognized for its results-driven approach to complex litigation and trial advocacy across Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley. Correll began his legal career as both a state prosecutor and criminal defense attorney, experiences that sharpened his courtroom acumen and shaped a broad, strategic legal perspective. In 2025, Correll was appointed by the Governor of Virginia to serve on the Virginia Board of Workforce Development, where he helps advise the Commonwealth on workforce strategy, training pipelines, and aligning talent with employer needs across the state. In addition to his legal practice, Correll holds several patents in the consumer electronics space and has appeared as a legal and political commentator on national networks including Fox News, CNN, MSNBC, CNBC, CBS, NBC, and ABC. A committed civic leader, Correll has long been active in public service and local governance. He has served on the City of Winchester Planning Commission and the Old Town Development Board. Correll earned his B.A. in International Studies and Political Science from Virginia Tech, his J.D. from Widener University School of Law, and holds a graduate certificate in Political Management from George Washington University. An avid traveler, he has visited 42 countries and enjoys exploring the intersection of policy, culture, and law around the world.
