Over 36 Years of Law Practice as a Personal Injury Lawyer and Workers Compensation Attorney representing severely injured workers, car accident victims, and families of wrongful death victims. I did this in my capacity as a solo attorney practitioner for 27 years, and I'm thrilled to be continuing that mission at Rutter Mills, LLP. As always, myself and my team here are driven and determined to help people whose lives have been disrupted by serious injury restart and rebuild their future. The goals of my team are to make sure our clients get the most competent representation, receive the maximum compensation for their injuries, and prevent abuse and bullying by the insurance companies and their proxies. My team focuses exclusively on representing severely injured workers for workers compensation injuries in both Virginia and North Carolina.
