About Kevin Streit
I have spent the bulk of my quarter century of legal practice advising and representing insurers in disputes over property and casualty insurance contracts, and in defending insureds in a wide range of lawsuits including employment law claims, consumer protection actions, trademark and copyright actions, personal injury actions, construction disputes, and professional malpractice claims, among others. My far-ranging experience runs from providing insurer clients with written coverage opinions and advising them in connection with reservations of their rights or declinations of insurance coverage, to representing them and other clients in litigation or arbitration through final appeal, in both federal and state courts in Virginia and many other states. I am also well versed in negotiation, always keeping an eye toward the best outcome for each client - whether through an agreed resolution, or a final, successful judgment.
