About Courtney Malveaux
As a business attorney and as a former regulator, I speak the language of both sides to help employers get back to the business of doing business. As a former President of the National Association of Government Labor Officials, I leverage contacts in other state capitals and in Washington, DC to defend employers cited by OSHA and other agencies.I have testified before Congressional and state legislative committees on workplace safety matters and crafted and advocated several bills to streamline regulatory agencies and help them partner with employers. I have also recruited diverse coalitions of business and safety organizations to pass state and federal laws to make voluntary compliance a permanent part of workplace safety.
