Our work is mostly representing business and government in Southwest Virginia and Northeast Tennessee. I have appeared in more than 100 civil cases in the U.S. District Courts for the Western District of Virginia and the Eastern District of Tennessee, cases in all of the far Southwest Virginia counties, and more than 30 appeals in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and other appeals courts, besides representing Southwest Virginia clients with local counsel in West Virginia, Kentucky, Ohio, and the District of Columbia.
