About Jonathan Nish
I am primarily a criminal defense trial attorney. My specialty is homicide cases with an emphasis in death penalty law. I am specially qualified and licensed to try death penalty cases. In the course of my years of practice I have handled several capital murders. I also handle all felony and misdemeanor matters in both State and Federal court, including white collar. I am licensed in both Utah and Idaho. My goal as a practitioner has always been to make sure all of my clients feel as if they are my only client.
