About Cory Sinclair
As president of Parsons Behle & Latimer, I help guide the strategic growth and vision of one of the Intermountain West’s leading law firms. My priority is strengthening client service, supporting our attorneys and staff, and ensuring the firm continues to thrive in a rapidly changing legal and business environment. Alongside my leadership role, I maintain a litigation practice focused on antitrust and damages-related matters. With both a Ph.D. in economics and a J.D. from the University of Utah, I work to bring practical, data-informed solutions to complex disputes. Much of my practice involves helping clients assess litigation risk, analyze damages, and navigate challenging antitrust and commercial cases with clarity. Earlier in my career, I served as Parsons’ general counsel and chief operating officer, experiences that continue to shape my approach to leadership and client service. Beyond the firm, I enjoy teaching antitrust at the University of Utah’s S.J. Quinney College of Law and serving as treasurer of the Board of Trustees at The McGillis School. I’ve been fortunate to be recognized in Best Lawyers in America for Commercial Litigation and previously as a Super Lawyers Rising Star. These honors reflect the support of colleagues, mentors, and clients who make this work meaningful.
