Passion, commitment, and progress are the reason I wake up every day with renewed dedication to my role as a personal injury paralegal. I love a challenge and the joy that comes from helping injured clients navigate the claims process, litigation, and beyond. Whether their case is worth $500 or $500,000,000 I believe everyone deserves quality representatives committed to communication and preparation. Someone willing to do the work, gather the critical evidence, and have real conversations about what to expect. It takes team work to make the dream work. One of my early mentors taught me 3 things that I strive to live by daily: 1. Everyone is replaceable. Stay humble. Strive to become someone they don't want to replace. 2. Don't ask anyone to do something you wouldn't be willing to do yourself. 3. Train your replacement. Share you knowledge. You can't move up if there is no one to replace you.
