Corporate and transactional attorney with broad domestic and international experience advising technology, AI, SaaS, and life sciences companies. My practice centers on helping innovative businesses structure, negotiate, and close complex commercial deals — from M&A and private equity transactions to AI licensing, software, and SaaS agreements. I combine deep legal expertise with a practical understanding of how technology and data are reshaping business models. I work extensively with AI companies, software developers, digital media ventures, and consumer product organizations, helping them navigate issues around commercialization, risk allocation, IP protection, and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions. I also serve as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, where I teach AI and Contracts. In that role, I explore how emerging technologies are transforming contract drafting, negotiation, and performance — and how lawyers can responsibly integrate artificial intelligence into legal practice and corporate governance.
