1. David spent over thirty years in Washington DC as a partner in major global law firms. 2. From1974 to 2004 Hildebrandt was the General Counsel to the Profit Sharing/401(k) Council of America (PSCA), www.psca.org, 3. David is the current chairman, Association International Pour la Participation Financiere (International Association for Financial Participation, "IAFP"), www.iafp.eu.com, Paris, France. IAFP is the international association of companies, academics, and individuals in the European Union, Asia, Eastern Europe, and the Americas, which support financial participation for employees as a means of increasing productivity and fostering worker satisfaction. As Chairman of the IAFP, he consults with the European Union on the harmonization of benefit program laws for EU Member States. David is a member of the American Bar Association’s College of Employee Benefits Counsel, and is an internationally experienced speaker and expert on public and private sector retirement plans. Specialties: Hildebrandt has more than 35 years of experience in the design, implementation, administration and government regulation of domestic and international employee benefit programs, qualified and non-qualified private retirement plans, deferred compensation programs, insurance programs, and other cash and stock based compensation and benefits programs.
