About Keith Woodwell
I represent individuals and entities in a variety of securities enforcement, regulatory defense, government and independent investigations, and white collar defense matters. Prior to joining Clyde Snow, I was the Director for the Utah Division of Securities for ten years and oversaw hundreds of complex enforcement investigations. Prior to my service with the Division, I spent several years in Washington D.C. and overseas in the National Clandestine Service of the Central Intelligence Agency. I have also served as Associate General Counsel to the Utah State Legislature. I have served in various leadership roles for the North American Securities Administrators Association (NASAA), including as Ombudsman and as Chair of the NASAA Enforcement Section.
