About Liz Mellem
Liz Mellem is a shareholder, Director, and Vice President at Parsons Behle & Latimer. She has over 14 years of litigation and investigation experience, and a J.D. from the University of Utah. Liz specializes in conducting neutral investigations of internal claims of harassment, discrimination, and ethical violations, as well as defending clients against such claims. She also provides employment practices training, handbook review and revision, and employment claim defense. Additionally, she represents clients in general commercial litigation, including breach of contract, trade secret misappropriation, and ownership disputes. She is passionate about creating innovative business solutions and advocating for her clients' interests in and out of court. She serves clients in both Utah and Montana, and is active in the local running and biking communities in Missoula.
