I am a commercial finance attorney who is passionate about representing financial institutions, borrowers, and other parties in a wide variety of commercial lending facilities, including simple and complex real estate secured facilities, loan syndications, CMBS and other permanent loans, subscription facilities, affordable housing lending, and tax-credit-related loans.
