About David Williams
My practice is focused on management-side labor & employment law. I advise on all aspects of the employment relationship in counseling, dispute resolution, and transactional settings. I investigate and resolve allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and similar employment claims. I represent employers in proceedings before courts, mediators, arbitrators, and governmental agencies. I negotiate and draft agreements related to employment, retention, separation, noncompetition, and other restrictive contracts. I manage the labor and employment component of mergers and acquisitions. I advise on traditional labor matters, participate in management-side labor negotiations, and resolve labor-management disputes.
