About Mark Nickel
Mark A. Nickel serves as the managing partner of GRSM’s Salt Lake City office. His practice encompasses a diverse range of commercial litigation, including general and complex commercial litigation, construction litigation, product liability litigation, copyright infringement litigation, trademark (Lanham Act) litigation, business tort litigation, insurance litigation, professional negligence litigation, and other business-related litigation such as securities fraud, corporate and partner disputes, real estate disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, common interest development disputes, employment matters, FHA and ADA matters, and creditors’ rights litigation. Mark has extensive experience in contract negotiations and enforcement across various business transactions, including real estate, securities, asset purchases, licensing, partnerships, and other commercial matters. He is also a recognized expert in insurance coverage opinions and disputes. Mark actively represents clients in state and federal courts and before state and federal agencies in Utah and Arizona. Additionally, he serves as outside corporate counsel for several small businesses located in Utah and Arizona. Currently, he serves on the Utah Supreme Court Advisory Committee on the Rules of Professional Conduct.
