Matt is an attorney and shareholder with the law firm Cohne Kinghorn, P.C. His practice concentrates in the areas of bankruptcy/insolvency, real estate, business/commercial litigation and creditors’ rights. Bankruptcy & Rehabilitation. Matt is experienced in all aspects of bankruptcy, receivership and insolvency law. He has successfully represented many chapter 11 debtors, and has assisted them in achieving their goals for restructuring and orderly sales of assets. He has successfully protected the rights of secured creditors and unsecured creditors. Matt also regularly represents bankruptcy trustees, committees and receivers. Real Estate. Matt represents buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, real estate professionals, loan brokers, title companies, investors, builders, developers and others involved in real estate transactions and the real estate industry. Trial and Litigation. Matt is an experienced trial lawyer and a zealous advocate.
