Experienced litigation and trial attorney specializing in all aspects of insurance defense, from Healthcare law to personal and commercial lines, mass tort, trucking, and bad faith litigation. More specifically, I handle medical malpractice, personal injury, property damage, catastrophic injury, products liability, toxic tort, trucking, and coverage claims, and work for many major insurance companies and third-party administrators in the U.S. I have also handled claims on behalf of a Taiwanese TPA for products liability claims. I have served as General Counsel and Chair of the Utah Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and as a board member of the local chapter of the Red Cross. I enjoy playing and watching different sports and spending time with my family. I am am fluent in Spanish.
