Kristy Larsen

Ms. Larsen is a shareholder and serves as the Firm’s Financial Director and on the Firm’s Executive Committee. She practices in the Firm’s litigation section and has extensive experience representing manufacturers in products liability and commercial litigation matters across the Mountain West. She represents Fortune 500 and other corporate clients in disputes involving products liability, asbestos, insurance coverage, professional liability, personal injury, and commercial real estate matters. Ms. Larsen represents policyholders in a wide variety of first and third-party insurance coverage disputes including complex commercial coverage litigation involving multimillion-dollar exposures, directors and officers liability, professional liability, commercial general liability coverage involving construction defects and additional insured coverage, personal and advertising injury coverage disputes involving defamation and other intellectual property claims and business torts, and allocation and priority of coverage claims involving multimillion-dollar disputes between carriers and self-insurers. Ms. Larsen also represents policyholders in bad faith actions. Ms. Larsen has been recognized in Chambers USA in Litigation: General Commercial, Best Lawyers in America, including Lawyer of the Year, Insurance Litigation, 2026. She also has been selected for inclusion in Mountain States Super Lawyers for many years in the categories of Personal Injury Products: Defense.
