Brandon Baker

Brandon Baker is the founder of Brandon L. Baker Attorney at Law P.C. previous partner with a large multi state firm and now full time Corporate Counsel for Quantronix dba CubiScan. Through the course of my career I have: - established and drafted over a hundred different companies (LLC's, S-Corp, C-Corp, Partnerships, Non-profits); - prepared, reviewed, and advised hundreds of clients on matters concerning complex and basic contracts ranging from multi-million dollar real estate purchases to a simple non disclosure agreement; - successfully litigated as lead attorney for large securities related cases involving millions in misappropriated funds to numerous investors and product liability cases against big name companies (walmart & JT Sports); - developed an understanding of the Bankruptcy Code by assisting hundreds of clients file for personal bankruptcy (chapters 7,13, and 11); - extensive courtroom exposure in both United States Federal and Utah State Courts. Hard work has been a deciding factor in my life since graduating High School in Salt Lake City, UT. At the age of 18 I joined the United States Marine Corps and attended college working towards my Bachelors at the same time. In a little less than three years I managed to become a Sergeant when the expected time is approximately five years. I completed law school right after finishing my military duty and immediately began working for a firm focused on creating entities (LLC's, S-Corps, C-Corps, Partnerships, and Non Profits) for entrepreneurs. Meeting many entrepreneurs in the process created a desire for me to open my practice which I successfully managed from Sept 2009 to May 2015 then to a partnership in a large/mid sized firm and now to being full time Corporate Counsel for a tech company in the Material Handling Industry.
