Legal Expertise: My legal career began with a successful solo practice in Ann Arbor, Michigan, where I focused on criminal defense and civil litigation. Since joining Howard Lewis & Petersen, P.C., I have represented clients in Moab, Ogden, Logan, and St. George, gaining a reputation for dedicated advocacy and favorable outcomes. My practice includes a wide range of personal injury cases: Car accidents, boating accidents, and ATV collisions Wrongful death and premises liability Insurance disputes and other civil litigation With over 35 jury trials, 200 bench trials, and appearances in more than 5,000 court hearings, I approach each case with honest, direct communication, ensuring my clients are informed and confident throughout the legal process. Military Service: As a Retired Lieutenant Colonel in the Utah Army National Guard, I commanded the 653rd Trial Defense Services Detachment, where I provided legal defense for National Guard soldiers across Idaho, Montana, and Utah. Previously, I served as a Special Forces JAG officer with the 1st Battalion, 19th Special Forces Group Airborne, deploying in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. I was Airborne and Air Assault qualified, with 22 official military jumps, including exercises with forces from Thailand, Japan, and South Korea.
