i represent companies with business disputes, healthcare, and protection of intellectual property. i consult with and represent companies of all sizes, from fortune 500 and international companies to local businesses, entrepreneurs and health care providers. i work with a wide array of clients, including an international aerospace company and defense contractor, an international commercial airline, energy, mining and natural resources companies, manufacturers, financial institutions, and other businesses. in addition, i represent dozens of hospitals and other healthcare providers in many aspects of their businesses, including advice on regulatory compliance (stark, anti-kickback, hipaa, hitech, aca), government investigations, medical staff bylaws, physician contracts, healthcare transactions, and litigation. i previously headed the litigation department of a large regional and international law firm.
