About Dickie Chazotsang
I was a member of the Real Estate, Construction, and Emerging Growth/Corporate practice groups with the regional law firm of Holland & Hart, LLP in Salt Lake City, Utah, between March, 2011 through May 2019, and rejoined again in March 2022 through currently. I assisted with all corporate house-keeping matters, formations, qualifications etc. and with all aspects of corporate and commercial real estate due diligence requests and dealings with title companies, and reviews title commitments, exception documents and surveys. I am also well-versed in preparing and drafting standard real estate transaction documents and permits, and coordinates documents for execution on closings. Prior to joining Holland & Hart, I worked for the regional firm of Holme Roberts & Owen, LLP, in Salt Lake City, and for the national firms of Schulte Roth & Zabel, LLP and Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe in New York. I also supported general counsel and the legal department during my time at Duncan Capital Group, LLC in New York.
