Darren Reid represents corporations and individuals in complex litigation involving a wide range of business and technology-related matters.Darren is a trusted adviser for technology and software companies and has experience litigating and resolving various business disputes. His experience includes commercial, employment, professional liability and malpractice, and white-collar litigation. He handles matters in state and federal courts, including jury trials, bench trials, and other hearings. He is also experienced in resolving disputes in arbitrations and mediations.Darren institutes and defends claims involving contracts, professional service relationships, employment and non-compete issues, business dissolutions, fraud, and trade secret misappropriations. Darren has experience counseling law firms and attorneys in matters before the Utah State Bar.
