I am a Partner with Fisher & Phillips. My practice entails all manner of litigation and assistance for companies regarding employment law issues. I specialize in matters relating to non-compete, non-solicitation, and non-disclosure covenants, as well as trade secrets, the duty of loyalty, state and federal computer protection acts, and unfair competition issues. I have significant experience in assisting clients in protecting their customer relationships and confidential/proprietary information through drafting and revising agreements, implementing policies and procedures, and conducting investigations into potential misconduct. This experience includes familiarity with forensic investigations regarding misuse of computer systems. This experience also includes helping clients recruit talent in a legal fashion. I also have assisted clients extensively in other employment-related matters, including employment discrimination, wage & hour, disability, ERISA, and medical leave issues. I have particular expertise regarding retaliation claims under the Federal Railroad Safety Act (FRSA), as well as labor issues for railroads and air carriers under the Railway Labor Act (RLA). I have worked on behalf of clients in a host of industries, including software, health care and pharmaceuticals, home furnishings, food and beverage, media, packaging, temporary and permanent staffing, private equity, transportation, and auto sales.
