I serve as the CEO of Miles Mediation and Arbitration and am the co-founder of ADR OnDemand. Starting as a Neutral, I transitioned into the role of Practice Development Coordinator and eventually became the firm's COO. With a diverse background, including growing up in Arkansas as an individual of Indian descent, 15 years of practicing law alongside my wife, serving as a municipal court judge, providing legal commentary for CNN, teaching at multiple law schools, and publishing 4 books, I brings a wealth of experience to Miles. My primary goal is to establish Miles as a recognized national presence through innovation, exceptional service and a commitment to surpassing client expectations.
