I’m a Partner at Schulten Ward Turner & Weiss, LLP, where I represent employers and individuals in complex employment disputes nationwide, with a particular focus on employment litigation, arbitration, and mediation matters. For more than 30 years, I’ve handled a broad range of employment-related disputes in state and federal courts across the country. In addition to serving as an advocate, I also serve as a registered mediator and arbitrator through the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution and as a panelist on the American Arbitration Association National Employment Law Roster. This dual perspective allows me to evaluate disputes strategically and pragmatically—helping clients assess risk, position cases effectively, and pursue efficient resolutions when possible.
