Experienced attorney with a background in family law, juvenile law, probate matters, general litigation and criminal litigation. My practice primarily involves the representation of clients in domestic, criminal, and other types of litigation, along with a growing number of estate planning and litigation activities. I am admitted to practice in all the Superior Courts of Georgia, Court of Appeals of Georgia, Supreme Court of Georgia, and the U.S. District Court of the Northern District of Georgia. However, most of my practice is devoted to serving clients throughout North Georgia in Athens-Clarke, Banks, Barrow, Butts, Elbert, Franklin, Green, Gwinnett, Hall, Jackson, Madison, Morgan, Oconee, Oglethorpe, Stephens, Walton & other surrounding counties.
