About Jodi Taylor
I am an executive who bridges strategy, operations, and people, blending legal insight and business acumen. As Chief Human Resources Officer at Brasfield & Gorrie I lead enterprise-wide people strategy that supports both growth and governance. My career spans C-suite leadership, board service, and prior experience as a law firm partner and corporate counsel, giving me the ability to balance transformation, compliance, and long-term value creation.Beyond my executive responsibilities, I’m actively engaged in workforce development, industry policy, governance, and community leadership. I currently serve as Board Chair for the Center for the Visually Impaired’s Board of Trustees, following two years as Governance Chair. I lead the Analytics Committee for the Agnes Scott College Alumnae Board and serve as a Trustee at Northside United Methodist Church in Atlanta, Georgia. I also serve on the Georgia Chamber of Commerce’s Labor Relations & Employee Retention Committee and the Associated General Contractors of Georgia Legislative Committee. Nationally, I contribute as a member of the Construction Personnel Executives Group Executive Committee and share insights as an author and speaker on workforce strategy.
