About Charles Hoffecker
Prior to forming HHP practiced law at one of the Southeast’s leading litigation firms based in Atlanta, Georgia. Chad represents clients in insurance defense litigation, coverage litigation, premises liability, products liability, governmental liability and employment litigation. Prior to private practice, Mr. Hoffecker was appointed as the General Counsel for the Georgia Department of Juvenile Justice where he acted as the Director of the Office of Legal Services and the Office of Professional Responsibility and Accountability. He has also served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Georgia Department of Law where he represented State Agencies in regulatory and litigation matters. Mr. Hoffecker has been selected by his peers as a Georgia Super Lawyer from 2019-2025 and a Georgia Super Lawyer Rising Star in 2009, 2011 and 2012. Specialties: Mr. Hoffecker focuses primarily on representing HHP’s corporate and individual clients in contract litigation, employment litigation, commercial/business litigation and liability litigation.
