About Jennifer Hill
PeakMade Real Estate is an affiliated group of companies providing management, development, and consulting services in the real estate industry. As Chief People Officer, I am focused on our people experience across the country. We are committed to creating a culture where People Matter Most. As General Counsel I have responsibility for legal, compliance, and risk management for the companies, and I serve on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors. I am passionate about wellness and encouraging our teams to lead healthy lives through our Live Well program. I also lead our Peak Cares program, where we give back to our local communities. I am on NMHC's DEI & Cybersecurity/Privacy Committees and active with industry groups as a conference and education committee member.I volunteer with several local non-profits with a focus on domestic abuse in the Latinx community, education, and general pro-bono legal work. I am also on the board of Everybody Wins! Atlanta, focused on childhood literacy, and the Lakeside High School Foundation.
