About Erin Gerstenzang
I help people navigate high-stakes criminal and traffic cases—and I help lawyers become better advocates. I am the founding partner of EHG Law Firm, a boutique criminal defense firm based at Ponce City Market in Atlanta, where we provide concierge-level representation for clients facing DUI and drug- and alcohol-related criminal charges. Our work is detail-driven, trial-ready, and built around one core principle: serious cases deserve serious lawyering. In parallel with my trial practice, I have built a national reputation as a teacher and mentor to lawyers. Early in my career, I discovered that my greatest impact often came not just from winning cases—but from helping other professionals sharpen their judgment, ethics, and courtroom skills. Today, I regularly teach and speak on trial advocacy, legal ethics, and legal technology, with a particular focus on reducing complex ideas into simple, actionable frameworks lawyers can actually use. I currently serve as President of the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and as Vice Chair of the State Bar of Georgia’s Disciplinary Rules and Procedures Committee. I previously served on the Board of Directors for the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers, where I was honored with the GAWL Visionary Award.
