About Hank Barnett
Hank has represented injured employees in workers' compensation claims since 1992 and his practice is now limited exclusively to such representation. All other cases, including third party-claims arising from the work related accidents, are referred to other attorneys. Hank is past chair of the workers' compensation section of the Atlanta Bar Association, and is a frequent speaker at professional seminars for beginning and advanced workers' compensation practitioners. Hank handles contested cases and cases where the injured worker is currently on benefits, but needs an advocate to assist them in dealing with the many issues that can arise even in an accepted workers compensation claim.
