Rikki Hevrin

I am a Senior Deputy Attorney General at Nevada Attorney General's Office in the Workers Compensation Fraud Division. Previously, I was an associate with Koeller, Nebeker, Carlson & Haluck's Las Vegas office primarily handling insurance bad faith defense and construction defect cases. In my years of practice with Koeller, Nebeker, Carlson & Haluck, I have proven to be an asset with my drive and determination. I have assisted in complex civil trials, deposed hundreds of homeowners and experts in construction defect cases, and concluded insurance bad faith matters from its inception. I was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. I obtained my undergraduate degree from the University of Nevada Las Vegas where I earned my B.A. in Criminal Justice and my law degree from William S. Boyd School of Law. During law school, I interned with the Las Vegas City Attorney’s Office, Henderson City Attorney’s Office and the Clark County Public Defender’s Office. I was an active member in Phi Alpha Delta, Criminal Law Society, and the Immigration Clinic. During my time in the Immigration Clinic, I represented an individual under an ICE hold at Henderson Detention Center as a student attorney and that individual was released. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two beautiful children. I am a huge fan of movies and relaxing with friends. I am also a fan of hockey (Go Knights), baseball, and mixed martial arts. I hope to travel the world with my husband and make memories with my children.
