About Gregory Gordillo
I am a lawyer and a mediator. After more than two decades of a practice focused on litigation of employment and other business disputes, I have re-focused my practice on helping others avoid court and conflict. In my employment law practice, regardless of whether I represent management or worker, my role is to help resolve or prevent employment problems. Now, I also offer general counsel services to firms that cannot afford or do not want their own in-house counsel. I also offer estate planning to individuals who want to protect their families from coming into conflict. As a mediator, I use facilitative, evaluative, and transformative techniques to assist all parties in finding resolution to their disputes. As a mediator, I help resolve employment disputes, all other business disputes, property related disputes (excluding domestic relations), and personal injury disputes.
