About Dominica Anderson
I have over 30 years of experience in representing insurance companies in high stake complex insurance coverage cases, and protecting businesses in complex commercial litigation (contract disputes, unfair competition; business interference; false advertising; securities; antitrust; defamation; IP issues). I also represent budding and iconic fashion designers and retail entities as part of Duane Morris' Fashion, Retail, Luxury and Consumer Goods practice group. I am the managing partner of Duane Morris' Las Vegas office, and practice in both the firm's Las Vegas and San Francisco offices. I am a member of the firm's governing Partners Board and vice-chair of the Duane Morris Women's Initiative Steering Committee. I graduated in 1986 cum laude graduate from the University of San Francisco Law School and graduated, with high honors, from the University of California at Berkeley, where I was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
