About Jessica Lujan
I am a commercial litigator who helps businesses resolve partnership disputes, corporate governance matters, and breach of contract claims. I also assist clients with commercial landlord/tenant disputes, including commercial evictions, lease disputes, and lease renegotiations. Additionally, I have assisted clients with both prosecuting and defending appeals to the Nevada Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Breaking down complex legal issues and communicating those issues to the court in the clearest way possible is my focus not only on appeal, but from the inception of any litigation. As a law clerk for the United States District Court for the District of Nevada, I gained invaluable insight to the federal court system, its rules and procedures, and to the nuanced differences between federal and state court practice. With that background, I routinely serve as local counsel in federal (and state) court matters for out of state counsel practicing in Nevada.
